The Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi®) is a globally recognized credential awarded by HRCI®.
It validates advanced knowledge in HR strategy, policy development, and leadership for professionals working outside the United States.

HRCI requires one of the following:

  • Master’s degree + 4 years of professional HR experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of professional HR experience, OR
  • No degree + 7 years of professional HR experience

The exam is focused on HR leadership and strategy rather than basic operations.
